The Invitation
The Arctic - a place of wonder, of magic and at times extreme hardship. I fell in love with this environment early on in my career, the light, the rhythm of moving trough the landscape, the feeling of vulnerability and being so tiny in a vast landscape. In all my travels there's never been any other environment where I feel this so acutely.
I'm excited to be teaming up with good friends - Polar guide & photographer Martin R Hartley, Guide / extreme athlete Ray Zahab and local guides/ hunters to offer a polar sea ice adventure. This is an experiential training course combined with a journey which will cover essential polar skills.
Whether a once in a life time experience or an introduction for the aspiring polar explorer this will not disappoint. You will also be helping us trial new data collection techniques alongside world leading climate scientists which will be vital for the future of modelling climate change.
Please do let me know if you have any questions
When

How
You will be well looked after on this expedition. I will be joined by good friends Ray Zahab - polar explorer / guide and extreme athlete, Martin Hartley - polar guide and award wining polar photographer and 2 local guides and hunters.
